Quadrant Distribution prepaid cards are only sold through our authorized agents, distributors and retail locations.

All intellectual property rights such as trade marks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, designs and copyrights are reserved. Nothing contained in this website may be reproduced without written permission.

Quadrant Distribution reserves the right to qualify any agent, distributor or retail locations wishing to carry our prepaid products.

Terms and Conditions of Quadrant Distribution

All orders are shipped COD SECURED unless company check is approved, (Credit application will be required), Special circumstances might allow 3 to 7 day terms but payment must still be COD with a hold period.

Returned Checks will incur a $35.00 charge that must be paid before any new order is allowed. Customers with more than 2 returned checks within any 90 day period will lose check privileges and revert to COD Secured only.

Approved customers may pay via Check Fax or ACH in order to save on COD charges.  Customers with “undelivered/returned” orders must pay freight penalty of $15.00 before any new order.

Quadrant Distribution Cards Guaranteed

All prepaid Phone cards purchased from Quadrant Distribution may be returned for credit.

All returns require a “Return Authorization” number. Cards returned without an RA number on the outside of the return package will not be accepted or credited.

Cards returned in re-saleable condition within 90 days will receive full credit applied to next order.
Cards returned after 90 days will be assessed a 10% restock fee. All returns must be made within 180 days.
