La Minutiza     By using this card you agree to the following. Calls within the U.S. and to Canada and the Caribbean are billed in one (1) minute increments. Calls to all other destinations are billed in an initial one (1) minute increment and in three (3) minute increments thereafter. All partial increments are rounded up to the next whole increment. Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable sales, use and excise taxes, surcharges, fees and duties, including, but not limited to, the Universal Service Fund Surcharge. Higher rates apply for international cellular termination. Fees will reduce the number of total minutes delivered. To get the maximum available minutes, the card must be used on a single non-payphone call. Calls made from local access numbers are billed at 95% of the standard per minute rate. A $0.99 maintenance fee applies the 2nd day after first use and again every 4 days thereafter. An additional FCC charge of $0.79 ($0.59 in Georgia) per call applies when calling from a payphone.
