Fees will reduce the number of total minutes delivered if used on multiple calls. The maximum rate per minute for all US domestic calls is $0.05. International rates vary from domestic rates and may be obtained by calling customer service. A higher per minute rate applies for international cellular termination. No charges will apply for unconnected calls. The following are the maximum fees that apply to use of this card: a $0.99 daily maintenance fee after first use; a $0.99 per call fee. Actual fees may be less and may be incurred less frequently than listed.  Intrastate calling is not available with this card. Calls within the U.S. and to Canada and the Caribbean are billed in an initial one (1) minute increment and in one (1) minute increments thereafter. Calls to all other destinations are billed in an initial one (1) minute increment and in three (3) minute increments thereafter. All partial increments are rounded up to the next whole increment. An additional fee of $0.79 per call applies when calling from a payphone. Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable sales, use and excise taxes, surcharges, fees and duties, and also responsible for local, toll, or airtime charges customer may incur in calling to a local access number.
